+ I found the location to be convenient, but several aspects of the property did not meet our expectations. While the front of the building appeared well-maintained, the back area was narrow, somewhat unclean, and not as inviting. The entrance to the building was also dimly lit, which made it feel less comfortable and welcoming.

− The apartment was advertised as having three bedrooms, but we discovered that it actually consisted of two bedrooms and a living room, with the expectation that some guests would sleep on the sofa. This was not suitable for our group of six adults. Furthermore, there was only one shower available in a shared bathroom, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The arrangement of the bathroom, having two doors leading to different rooms, was inconvenient and not ideal for guests from different cultural backgrounds. The host did not provide this information transparently in the listing, which led to some discomfort during our stay. We also noticed a persistent odor and some maintenance issues in the bathroom and other areas of the apartment. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the condition of the facilities made our experience less comfortable than expected. Another inconvenience we encountered was the waste disposal arrangement. We had to carry our rubbish about 100 meters away from the apartment to a main trash dump located in a less comfortable and somewhat unsafe-feeling part of the neighborhood. This added an extra layer of discomfort to our stay, as we did not feel entirely secure when disposing of our trash.
