+ Everything was good as per our expectations with this location, and the team is supportive.

− The only thing in level 5 is the windows are small and high which you can't see a good view.

+ Big rooms and excellent use if spaces

− Bathroom exhaust fan not working

+ Nice hotel , around 15 min walk from Semyonovskaya Metro station.

+ Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and bedding clean and soft. The hotel and the room were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with our enquires.

− They did not clean the room during your stay no matter how long you stay . And you asked them to clean after three days living there , no one shows up cleaning . Very dirty apartment after three days living .and they only offer supplies for only one day. You need buy water or supplies yourself .

+ It's a nice location, good for two people, clean, safe and value for money.

+ The hotel is excellent and all the staff are friendly and helpful. As for the location, it is quite good, but in general it is excellent and I recommend it The room is excellent and there are no negative remarks in general, only the bathroom needs a bidet and a Muslim universal ablution, and the sleeping pillows only need another quality. The place is impeccably clean The staff is excellent and they help solve any problem as much as possible
