+ Near to the red square so location was good. Have a common area to cook ready made food with hotels cutlery and free water to refill as well. Clean washroom specially considering a hostel.

− The room for 4 adults is so small that 4 of us can't even sit outside of the bed. No toiletries provided in the hostel. There should be shower gel, hair conditioner in bathroom for use for all. Use of slippers at hostel should be informed in advance to guests so they are prepared accordingly. 100 rubles for house slippers are too much.

+ I really liked the staff’s polite and helpful behavior. The place is very quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with clear rules that make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It felt peaceful and organized, which I truly appreciate.

− The hotel is located on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so carrying heavy luggage can be a bit difficult. However, everything else was excellent and the overall experience was very good.

+ I love the staffs here. Wonder people.

− The Wi-Fi works but could disconnect if many people use it in the same time.

+ The room is clean and the location is closed to city center.

− The reception can't speak English and the WiFi is slow. There are two bathrooms so you need wait for a while if it's at peak time.

− -it was on 4 level with no elevator. -the internet is weak. -there are only two toilets for maybe 30 or 40 people, sometimes we need to make a line. -the space is too tight. -the staff is not friendly

+ The hostel is really well located, very centric, 1 minute walk to the subway station “Kropotkinskaya” (red line). Kremlin is around 4 km away. The location is really good.

− The hostel is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator so you’ll have to go up the stairs with all your luggage. Bathroom are also really small but that’s okay.

− The whole hotel is very mini, and there has always been a strong smell of body odor, and the floor is not clean.

+ In the city center, very convenient

− Lots of people, but only two very very cramped bathrooms! Air conditioner not working and kitchen is dirty！

+ Located near the subway, fully insulated sleep capsules. Towels are provided "by default", no deposit

− No regular cleaning, dirty floor. Only 2 toilets (connected to showers) for several dozen guests. In the mornings it causes problems.
