+ The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The rooms were a bit small but clean, and the bathroom was very clean with soap provided. Thank you.

+ I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location is excellent and my baby boy loved playing in the garden. All the staff were kind and friendly and they were always quick to respond to any questions through WhatsApp which made everything easier.

− I would definitely recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator inside the building which might be important for some guests

+ The best accommodation ever! All praise for the communication and service! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, always hot water, towels and a hairdryer, as well as the kitchen in the room, everything was perfect! I didn't use the shared kitchen, but I saw that it was great, as was the terrace next door.Even though the room faced the street, it was quiet.Everything is tastefully decorated.Plenty of outlets for multiple device chargers, all in convenient places.In a word, OUTSTANDING! Excellent connection from Komsomolskaya station to the center, and from Sheremetyevo airport Great konection to over Beloruskaya station. Tnx for all!

+ The accommodation at JackPot Energy was a pleasant experience, the rooms are very clean and bright with great lighting, prepared with great equipment and all necessities. The staff were very nice & helpful and the administrator was helpful and always there to answer any enquiry I had. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a calm neighborhood and close to metro stations. I would definitely come back again! Thank you Irina!

+ The place was near to the train station and metro. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s also supermarket nearby. Very convenient.

− 1. They should send inquiry messages to customers who book on third-party sites with details of what to do. 2. Also, i think the WiFi could be faster. 3. The room was also a bit cold, maybe the heaters need to be checked.
