− Poor service, dirt in bed and everywhere, no lockers available, very tiny space.

+ Location only as it's near in metro and kremlin

− Unfriendly staff. The staff are even noisier and their stuff has places than the customers

+ Only the location BUT you need to pass by under construction building.

− I have booked for 6 beds and the receptionist put me in 10 beds which is very small and shaky bed. Do not believe on the positive comments, it seems hey are the one who is just reviewing for the sake if high rating but this is NIGHTMARE! We just don't have choice as our previous hostel is fully booked and we arrived at 12mn. If only this was earlier, I will immediately leave and won't come back on this place. The receptionist is keep on telling to please make quiet with us but other people our shouting loudly. It seems many people are living here that is why it looks many customers but you will notice it's their personal belongings everywhere. Everything is bad! Not clean and very cheap things. There is also locker BUT she said it's FULL. You will really feel uncomfortable. I am just thinking that I only have hrs left and finally I can leave the hostel ASAP. I swear, don't ever ever try what we did is a HUGE MISTAKE!!!

+ The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. This is the most convenient hostel I have stayed in Russia. The owner and staff are very warm and helpful. There is also free tea and coffee in the kitchen. The bed is also clean and tidy.

− There is construction going on nearby (but it doesn't affect me) and the entrance is not easy to find
