+ Very friendly and helpful staff. Made me feel very welcome. Great location, close to a Metro station too. Thanks V Hotel, I really enjoyed my stay with you.

+ This hotel has the best staff. The girls at reception speaks very good English, are very helpful and nice. The location couldn’t be better, it’s only a 1 min walk to the metro station, which in the city center. The breakfast is until 12:00, which is a huge plus for people wanting to rest until late and not rushing to get up for breakfast every day!

− I’ve lived here many times, and the one thing I’m not very fond of is that in this hotel, rooms of the same type can actually vary in many ways. For example, some normal double rooms have full body mirrors, others don’t. Some have larger bathrooms, others have smaller ones(where it would be very hard to move around and find space for your hygiene items). I once lived in a relatively nicer room of the type, so every time after that when i was given a worse room, I kept wanting to change back to that old one, which is constantly occupied. (The hotel staff was very helpful of the changing, but it can be an awkward situation, since the problem is with the difference of rooms, but not with me or the staff or anything else.)

+ the location of the hotel is quite good. you can go the Red square by walk in 25mins the quality of foods was good. i really liked it the room is clean. the bed and bathroom are also convenient. very clean and hygine

+ Located in Pushkin square , surrounded by restaurants, metro, bus, park, shops, and 5 minutes walk from red square. Staff so friendly and lovely 😊. Clean and modern room . I recommend to stay and enjoy 😊
