+ I was happy with my stay here. The location is very convenient, not exactly in the city center, but close to everything. I had read several reviews mentioning the room’s condition, but I found it to be fine. Yes, it’s an older property, but it has been renovated and is kept in good shape. Housekeeping was done daily, although the towels were not changed once during our 4-day stay, which was disappointing. Two ladies at the reception spoke English, which is a huge plus in Moscow where it’s rare, and this made check-in and check-out smooth. They were also very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for directions or recommendations. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since I only used the room for sleeping at night and wasn’t looking for additional hotel services, which I was aware of beforehand.

− The housekeeping could be better and changing the towel is a must

+ Very convenient location, with supermarket and restaurant just down the building and walking distance to Red Square. Friendly, very willing to help and English speaking receptionist.

+ Rooms are clean and taken care of, the staff is really friendly and helpful. I always have this hotel as my priority booking when i am in moscow, price for location and quality is great

− Unfortunately they can often be fully booked and i cant stay there every time I'm in moscow :(
