+ Location is very good! Cleanliness is very good! Surroundings is very good and very lively!
− Very late check in. We were given check in at 3pm. The front desk lady was very rude for initially. We asked for extra water bottles even if it is paid, they refused water. Hotel beds were awkwardly shaky! Biggest problem is no ventilation in washrooms. How is this possible? No ventilation in washrooms.

− No elevator No help with bags (security guy is 2m tall but never helps) Late check in (don’t even try to make it earlier) No sofa on reception (two tiny arm chairs infront of freezing street (if you have to wait for check it- it’s a disaster)
