Gevora Hotel

+ No big deal, just the staff is not good.

+ The location was great, it was clean, the breakfasy was good, the high top restaurant was also very nice and the view of burj khalifa was great from the restaurant.

+ It was located in a very nice area easy to get around

− The ceiling was leaking water and the bathtub was very dirty and when we asked for it to be scrubbed it was left still dirty. The water was bad that my face was reacting to it. On our last day it took the reception 15min to send someone and no one came to help with the luggage. Other people who stayed at the hotel helped us instead Everyone seemed so stressed and overworked I don’t blame them but it really was affecting the customers. I hope all the workers get rest or some training

− The breakfast .. and not enough elevators... Cost too much time.

+ Very kind and helpfull staff, good location if you have a car and also comfortable because of the valet parking. Very nice room, we got a free upgrade! Breakfast on the rooftop was good and tasty with personal service.

− The breakfast on the 1st floor was of very poor quality and did not suit the standard of the hotel.

+ This hotel has very central location and clean, comfortable in everything.

− Nothing.
