+ My window view was amazing the location is perfect , even on foot you can discover many places especially if you like walking. Close to everything. Rooms were stylish , the breakfast was good, BUT it was 2000rubles if not included to your stay.

+ Great location; good food selection at the breakfast; very fast check in/ out process. I’d definitely come back!

− 1) very slow lifts. Sometimes they don’t work if the fire alarm goes off and you either have to wait, or use stairs 2) no conditioner in the room. I mean shampoo & shower gel is there so what’s the problem to add a hair conditioner? 3) pillows suck. But you can order a different one for some extra $$. There is a ‘pillow menu’ in the room (seriously)

+ almost everything was perfect. good service, good location and clean

− There's a big problem in rush hours with the elevators. One could spend lot of time either ascending or descending due to the big amount of people. Probably the fact that lobby is in the 4th floor makes this problem bigger. I also found a lack of smoking areas (also in the bar's open terrace) which lead to an overusage of elevators for going to groundfloor in order to smoke.
