Loft H11 Hotel

− (-5) stars.. the worst hotel I have ever been. It is so dirty, it smells bad and there were insects in the room. I planned to stay 9 nights but I could stay more so I moved another hotel. I dont understand how people give this hotel good commands… Stay away, somewhere else…

+ The man in the reception was very kind and helpful. He payed for the taxi when we arrived because we didn’t have change. Also he taught us who to use the map. The price was good for such simple cozy hotel.

− The room is very small.

+ optimum location from Red Square, bars and restaurants and tram station.

− The broken mosaic tiles on the walls and floor of the bathroom were cracked, loose, and even falling, making bathing terrifying. I think this problem could cause even more difficulties for elderly people, potentially leading to balance issues and falls.

+ location was decent but hard to find, you must go through a little over pass and the door will be to the right

− the bathroom had an odor, and the towels were so old and used up, threads were hanging! they could easily have replaced it. also reception isn't there always, and the door is locked so don't attempt to come earlier than your check in time.

+ Very good location walking distance from all the main landmarks.

− Cleaness was not on the top level, very old towels. The bathroom is in a bad condition, it was not pleasant to use the shower.

+ Yes the hotel and room were clean

+ A great experience at the hotel. super cozy, clean and people who work there are very nice. as well, it is close to the city center
