+ Everything is good , the reception staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and the location is good.

+ Room was alright. Old furniture and carpet made a vintage hotel vibe. Clean and comfortable. 700m from Metro station. The receptionists were polite and helped us with requests. They had the patience to use our translator app and even some english was spoken.

− The chef/room cleaner lady was rude to us foreigners. Cold attitude and no patience at all towards people who don't speak russian. It felt like she made fun of us and treated us as if we were stupid.
