Avita Krasnyie Vorota Hotel

+ Nice staff, allowed to check in early. They provided translation for me as I do not speak Russian. The location is very convenient, close to metro, bus and tram, and some main railways station. Place is comfortable

− The way to the entrance is a bit confusing (it’s in the backyard) thankfully a worker from the bar next to it showed me the entrance. Also some night noises from the couple next room to mine… was quite awkward but it’s ok

+ A very clean, warm and cozy room to stay! In the room we got complimentary teas and crackers. Clean room is available next to the room. The personnel was friendly. The view is on the road but we didn't experience any noise from the outside. The ceilings are huge & the design is good. The bed was super comfy!

− I can't call it a hotel! It's a good hostel with a small private bathroom. You can hear all the noise from the next rooms and from the common kitchen. The most interesting thing is that this hostel is located on the 4th floor, which you can reach by using a dirty elevator , the smell outside the hostel is unbearable! Please, wear a mask before entering. Once you're inside the hostel place - you're safe! It's clean and fresh!

+ The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the metro station. The staffs are helpful and could communicate with translation apps. But they didn’t make clear of some details such as need to choose breakfast type each day, need to tell them to change towel until I asked. The breakfast is good but not too much choices. In general it’s good.

− Less breakfast choices. The staff need to take priority to inform some details
