+ Location wise it's at convenient place. They provide shuttle services to Dubai Mall. Overall convenient & nice. They do regular cleaning as usual. They also attend on cleaning as you may need. Hotel services had been good .

− Foods from the Resurants was some what costly.

+ Breakfast has range of cuisines

− Rooms : They gave pretty ordinary room even after prior request. View from Rooms : Even view was not that great. There was closed balcony in front of window. Transportation : They don't provide complimentary Airport Pickup or Metro Pickup.

+ Free Shuttle to Dubai Mall. Close to Burj Khalifa Huge variety on Breakfast with different cultural dishes(we had it included..Kitchen 6) Clean. Comfortable. Modern. No outlet in the bathroom which was weird but deep soak tub and bidet were great!! The staff was SO Kind and Pleasant!! A joy to interact with!!

− Airconditioning in Rooms was not upto mark

+ Perfect location in the business bay. Easy to grab a cab or the metro or the shuttle to the Dubai Mall. 25 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was outstanding with excellent service. We did not get a chance to eat any other meals at the hotel but everyone we met raved about the food. Excellent accommodations and thanks to debashsis and his staff for terrific housekeeping every day and making our room so comfortable to stay in while we were there. No issues at all with the hotel. Mr. Milos the GM came out to greet us and spend some time telling us about the hotel and the area. It was so nice of him and really set the tone of the level of service one can expect at this hotel.

− I wish the shuttle would have gone to a couple of other locations but it was so convenient to get to the Dubai Mall.
