Novotel Moscow City Hotel

+ Location was good

− Reception desk workers they don’t respect customers, it feels like they’re paying for our stay especially guy called Daniella his actions were very rude!

+ The staff were pleasant, especially Varvara at the reception...many thanks.

− Useless Internet, the lobby was small and too busy with bad quality seating.

+ 1. Staff were polite and professional 2. Room was large enough 👌 3. House keepers were absolutely amazing and helpful 4. The most important things, the whole area around you is safe and 👍🏻

− 1. Reception smells egg every morning 2. There was a drank man, he start his music 🪈 all day and night and sometimes I woke up at 2:00 am cuz off the load noise of his 🪈. (It was out of the hotel hand since he was playing in public area) so, i highly recommend you to not ask for a city view. It is not worth it. 3. Windows have no sound proof.

+ 1.Location is good because near metro and restaurant. 2.Service- Receptionists provided good service and process registration form without any charge. She help call taxi to go railway with good service mind.

+ The Hotel is conveniently located in Moscow City business district, everything is in walking distance. Rooms are very clean, super friendly and helpful personnel. The only thing I didn’t like is the shower, it was not hot, the water was just above the room temperature. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay.
