Kadashevskaya Hotel

+ Good location , large and clean room , safe place

+ Close to the Red Square. Great service at the reception, with fluent English communication. The room is clean and cozy.

− A little bit walking distance from the metro.

+ location was good, First day check in very helpful,

− Internet very bad and no connection and when contacted it disconnected in few minutes, Cleaning personnel were rude. i want a bottle of water at night and reception refuse to give water in room. i had ask for cleaning at room and only put 2 bottles in room and left without cleaning. be careful to get water with you because you have only 2 little water bottle in each day!!!!

− There was a very bad service, if you need a water you should go down and collect it from reception, no luggage assistance, no concierge, very bad location and had to cancel the other coming booking and shifter to another hotel

+ Walking distance to the Red Square. Very convenient. Breakfast is always good! Room was big and comfortable. Amenities was enough, but not refilled every day! No body lotion.

− No body lotions. Other amenities are not refilled every day!

+ Waiting for check IN .they gave the room at 14:20 . Breakfast not that much. Coffee machine wii charging you. Location 10 minutes from red sequre. Every day cleaning late and they don’t clean properly.
