+ we loved the location of the hotel — it is close to the city center, in a quiet and safe area, and a beautiful place for walking. Everything is nearby, including the metro, which is just a few minutes away. The room we stayed in was excellent, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people.

− We would like to share a small note regarding our stay. Sometimes the room is only partially cleaned — the bed is made but the bathroom is left the same. Also, when we request tissues or water, the response is often delayed and we need to ask more than once. In some cases, the room is cleaned but tissues and water are not provided. We appreciate your attention and hospitality.

+ The only reason to choose this hotel is the location. But there are also other hotels around which are better in every sense.

− 1) The rooms are very dirty. The feeling of untidiness is already felt in the hall - there is no coziness at all and the carpets are very dirty. 2) The first room we were checked into was simply uncleaned, towels were lying on the sink. The toilet seat was lifted. The carpets are burned by cigarettes. Wires are sticking out, the curtains are hanging ugly. Although they changed our room, I got an allergy to dust. I started coughing and sneezing. 3) They have a room service, but the price is over, and not all dishes are available. 4) Their phone doesn't work properly, it's impossible to get through to the reception from the room. 5) For some reason, their shampoo/shower gel is attached to the sink. And they have hand soap hanging near the shower. We don't understand the logic behind it.

+ Good location and a good hotel for a one night stay,

− The hotel is very old the rooms and the furniture needs to be replaced, the entire hotel needs renovation. ( false alarm started off at 6 AM and continued until 6:45 AM, it was annoying)

+ Very friendly and helpful staff.

+ The hotel is really close to the city center and major attractions, you can reach many places by foot. Also close to the metro station

− Room pretty small, espresso or cappuccino not included at breakfast
