MonArch Moscow Hotel (ex. Renaissance Monarch)

+ The size of the room was good…generally the staff was pretty good and helpful

− They do clean the room but not very detailed… it becomes like a tick box only where under the bed no one is carrying about…

+ I liked very much the breakfast it was open buffet with a lot of choices which suitable for everyone, even if someone didn’t get used to have breakfast i am sure he/she will find something things to have on breakfast

− So expensive

+ Is the reception employee Sheknoza she was great and helpful for every question i had thank you.

− The location was not good the is nothing nearby

− There was no heating in the room. The AC has no heating function. When I asked the reception about the room being cold they gave me an electric heater... in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I ordered water to my room they just opened the door and entered the room without waiting for me to open the door. Staff don't have manners. For this amount of money paid my stay was disaster I suggest that you book another newly furnished hotel. Kind Regards, Emre

− The Hotel reservation does not allow check in early, must have to wait until 15:00. The service was terrible.

+ Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Both bath and shower in the room.

− We were walk-in customers. At first the receptionist said they no longer had standard rooms, so I booked it to through “Ostrovok” and “surprisingly” they had it ready.

− This hotel is not 5*, it’s good 4*
