Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport an IHG Hotel

+ Location is good, room is fine. Quiet and peaceful place.

− Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

+ Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

− The room was clean and bed comfortable. However the breakfast box to takeaway was shocking. The sandwiches were just 4 half slices of bread!!

+ Service is really good. Daily cleaning. Close to Dubai Airport. They clean it on the regular base. Every day cleaning. Service is awesome

− We like it everything. Breakfast Manu needs to be changed everyday.

+ Location is perfect for international flights

− We found cockroaches in our room. Luckily the could move us to another floor.

+ Right by the airport, convenient shuttle to and from. The ONLY good thing I have to say about this place is that the staff were absolutely lovely. They deserve better than to work in a place like this.

− The food I am sorry to say was atrocious. I had dinner, I skipped the breakfast after that experience. Cold, disgusting. Bed was comfortable but room had not been vacuumed and there was make-up foundation stains on two pillowcases. As in, not ingrained in the fabric but unwashed. Don't bother staying here. It is unclean and my room smelled like urine.

+ Shuttle bus in the morning although the hotel website states they don’t provide any transport

− Impossible to get to by walking from the airport terminal despite being able to be seen from the other side which defeats the purpose of an airport hotel

+ Good breakfast with bad service. Transfers to airport are good.

− The hotel tries to offer you their overpriced taxi, about double the price of the normal ones. The corridors and rooms smell. The shower drain was blocked. Lots of little problems.

+ Pretty good breakfast. The room was cosy.

− In case I need taxi, at first the staff will try to put me in an expansive car. If you don't know that you have choice, you will pay much more than you could.

+ Great location, 5 minutes from the airport and good facilities with free Wi-Fi

+ The location is good amd the shuttle but to the airport is a very convenient option if no other transportation. Everything was OK. The receptionist and all the staff were helpful and very friendly

+ This is the most convenient hotel situated by the airport we stayed. great breakfast, great shuttle to and from airport and dubai mall and local beaches complimentary, and they have amazing staff. we stayed many luxury hotels in dubai marina ect... also Zenhotel gave us great accommodation, will use again. they have Indian mediterranean and American style Buffett amazing all kinds coffees latte mocha Americano hot choc reg. Coffeys as well as yogurts fresh fruits vegetables dates desserts two styles hummus chic peas boiled eggs cooked eggs .. absolutely best we ever saw .. and the restaurant is so big modern and just pleasant. we will come back hereeverytime now. im a veteran world traveller room has great ac comfy bed good internet and tv only problem was shower head was broken, but the matanence came fixed asap thx the cleaners are great and courteous excellent the hotel is SUPER BUSY but the staff did there best. and the had lots of workers attended non stop the clients. really great job thx u

+ Located minutes away from terminal 3. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Bathroom and bedroom were perfectly clean. Professional welcome, efficient staff.

− Thanks Mr Haroon the duty manager. He's the most helpful manager and he cares for all the customers comfort and needs... Food is good and location is great. Housekeeping is very good and staff very helpful. Thanks a lot.
