+ It has been a nice stay for us. We got a room on the 5th floor, but luckily, the staff were kind enough to help us carry our luggage to our room. Plus, the toilets were super clean and there were many shower rooms. The location is also near a bus stop, which is convenient.

+ This hotel is located in the city. You can walk to the Kazan Kremlin and other tourist attractions not so far. On the opposite side there is a shopping mall called ЦУМ, and nearby there is a bus station — staff service is okey and they try to communicate in English and Russian. People are friendly and attentive
− They don't provide shampoo in the bathroom and maybe you need to buy more. There is only soap for guests and it is not enough
+ Walkable location 10 min to Kazan-1 and 20 min to Kremlin.
− Be careful if you book an attic room. It is on the six floor and no elevator. Toilet was pretty messy.
