− Front desk attitude I have always had a good impression of IBIS, and I have stayed in IBIS Hotel in different cities, for this IBIS, the facilities are very new, except that there is no sauna is a bit of a pity. I was very disappointed with the service attitude of the front desk staff. My friend's passport was lost, and we reported the case at the local police station in Moscow, and we also showed the report document provided by the police station, but the front desk staff said that this could not be corroborated, and he told us needed to go to the airport to apply for a certificate... The outside temperature was -26 degrees Celsius. I wonder if the Moscow Police Department doesn't represent public agencies? Why be so embarrassed, especially the front desk guy named Egor.
