+ The Location was fantastic, located in the Heart of Arbat & Drivers & Taxis were able to locate the area through Google Maps and Yandex Maps easily. The rooms were comfortable and clean, Despite having no 24 Hours Desks the self service system was easy and direct too.

+ Its centrally located in Arbat. Nearby shops, restaurants, coffee shops and money changers. They are willing to help you register as a foreign tourist. This is the most important thing to consider if you book in this apartment.

− Elevator is making problem sometimes

− The air conditioning unit is quite noisy, and despite their promise to send someone for repairs, no one has arrived. Additionally, the elevator is somewhat unsettling—it doesn’t function properly, and there’s even a sign warning that it might fall at any moment!

+ I love how the place is so secure, and in excellent location. Love the design of apartment (modern)
