Hotel Cosmos Selection Moscow Arbat

+ The location and the room

− The team are not welcoming and they do not help in opening and closing the door! Nobody took our luggages once arrival! Sometime, the lobby smell is bad !

+ It is a hotel that suits family, the receptionist talks good english, very helpful. They also have a place to weight ur bags! The hotel is new and clean!

− We booked the room 2 times, our first stay was amazing, the second was not to that extend, the room door was not functioning

+ The receptionist was friendly and supportive. The room was very clean good housekeeping.

− Nothing

+ Everything is new and modern. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great.

− Limited parking. Very slow WiFi. Not possible to open any windows in rooms.

+ Location and cleanliness of the hotel

− For staff at the reception , need to improve English language, also, need some one provide help to costumers when ask help to get taxi or location

+ A wonderful and beautiful hotel located in New Arbat, with restaurants and cafes behind it and a metro station directly underneath. It is clean, has a bidet in the bathroom, offers very high security, and is perfect for families.

+ Very nice hotel .. all staff are amazing and helpful, there is an Egyptian employee is very good and helpful.. wonderful hotel

+ Everything at the hotel is new, it has a nice fresh feel to it. Good location.

− I didn’t like the bed, it’s very hard, like a stone. And very limited room service options.Hope they will add more items to the menu.
