+ Good for taking short rest and getting refreshed If your whole day on tour . Close to metro ,tram and buses ,high-class restaurants, pharmacy , minimart and taxi services available. Reception is well attentive.

− Simple for budget Trip. Cannot identify in Google maps. As it's inside the building not in main road

+ The location is great and close to a lot of stuff and it’s a good hotel for a 3 star hotel

− That the first floor has a flush in the toilet and the second doesn’t cause the first time they gave me a room in first floor and the second time on the second floor

− The pictures should be more real and it must be recognised that it is not a hotel. It is just a house built of Shinko, and it is not good at all for the people because the lack of the management team during the night. If someone needs something, they will meet the requests on the second day. Honestly, the value paid is much more than the level.

+ Hotel close historic sites of Moscow and location is also good for business trips. Rooms are spacious and warm.

− I stayed in hotel for 5 nights and they didn't change towels and didn't clean room up. But everything else was good.
