− An unexpected electricity shutdown for hours during two days. Maintenance workers all day around the entrance. Taxis are not allowed to enter hotel street. The only way to enter is to drop off outside in the main street and walk with your luggage to hotel. After that You need to do everything by yourself. Services are not like any other 5 stars hotel. Housekeeping doesn’t do proper cleaning, always miss something. hence If you don’t put clean my room sign, they won’t clean it. Overall it is bad experience for 5 stars hotels. and not worth its cost.

− The entrance is difficult to find, the gates are difficult to open for Taxi drivers. No body offered to help with our luggage. As a 5 star the GYM was far below expectations. When we asked to delay our check out for 1 hour, they made it feel like the world was ending. When I told them I will take 10 mins they said better if it was 5 !!!!

+ Amazing hotel for the following reason: - very clean and new. - Breakfast was included. It was not a typical style of buffet, it was a breakfast menu with good options until 3 p.m. - Location was perfect. It is not exactly on the street but you have to walk a little bit. Location is very quiet and peaceful especially on summer when there are a lot of loud cars and loud motorcycles at night. - Super comfortable bed. - Friendly staff especially Ms. Careena who spoke fluently English and helped us a lot. It would be definitely my choice when I visit Moscow again.

− The room too small not same what is in picture and location of the hotel is difficult for the taxi and drivers to come

+ Everthing was perfect! the hotel is new, elegant and very clean.. Best thing in that hotel is the staff! They try hard to serve you what ever you want and they are very friendly..

+ Never in my life had an experience with hotel like this. I actually booked this hotel without recommendation nor I did a deep search. Also, as a Muslim I didn’t expect there was a bidet so this give the hotel instant 10/10

− Everything is perfect. I don’t have any complain. And I will book this hotel again if I ever come back to Russia
