− In the photos the room looks big a bit and comfortable but in real life he's small and has no place to to even take out some clothes, the outside looked nothing like in the pics, the washing machine was broken and had very bad smell so I did my laundry at the mall nearby, at first we had a very bad smell from the toilet themselves too.

+ the room was awesome and clean the place is fantastic.

+ Everything is like in the pictures, no bad surprises! The staff is super helpful and responsive, offered to register me for migration as well. It was very calm, no issues with noises. There are shops nearby and a tram stop not even by 5 min walk. Very clean and brand new too, absolutely loved it there and would definitely come back !

− I did not know how to turn the heater off at first since it was a little hot, but I managed. The fridge wasn’t cold enough but it was alright

+ Terrace

− Very bad service and hospitality, they are going inside you’r room while sleeping, and even if you are out they are going inside to check, when i tried to get temporary registration for the bank card they respond very aggressively as they breaking the low by not giving us, and the first day they gave me the instructions so late while i’m waiting out side in the cold( they should give me the instructions one day before the check- in and i got to the apartment 22:00 and i inform them i will be late but they got me more late by there side) i will never come back to this apartment ever. Could be better Bad attitude bad service

− The first day I went, I realized that my room was 14m2. However, I paid for 28m2. for suite (750usd) They didn't change it and said we don't have time to deal with it. and that's their job )).. it was so bad that I could only use 6 days of my 10 day reservation. They didn't even bother to refund the remaining 4 days. They do not respond to emails to avoid refunds. interesting.. whatever. It is impossible to get the room you paid for. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Instead of wasting your money, I recommend you stay in a more central and well-known hotel.

− Poor soundproofing that you can hear others music loud and having sex all night 🙂

+ The apartment is really great, it's really easy to commute from there because every major places in moscow are near, I would love to visit again
