+ The location is for sure the best point of this hostel

− This is one of the worst hostel welcome I have ever had. The woman at the reception is very rude, she was very unpleasant and aggressive towards me. All this because she thought I arrived too late and that I woke her up despite the fact that I had warned her of my arrival time in the morning and that it was OK for her. To sum up, change your aggressive staff because the experience is disastrous

− no locker, one staff was especially very rude about language barrier. they havent provided registration form eventhough i asked for several times. bad place for foreign travellers

+ Location and Wi-Fi which was good

− This place is a total disaster. If you happen to get a room on the first floor, while you sleep, smell of socks and shoes are gonna be all over you. The room is musty, and there are a lot of long stairs from Uzbek and Tajak who works mostly at Yandex Delivery boys staying there for months, and they consider themselves like bosses of the place. The whole room stinks, even with ventilation. The most important is there are 2 ladies here but the one with Botox face who manages the place is extremely rude, bad mannered even if you’re being nice and with a very bad attitude and behavior. Needless to say, I made a booking from ZenHotels however when I arrived, she said there are no rooms and my booking is null and void and if I had to stay, I had to stay with their hotel price. I think ZenHotels should also know what banana business this hostel is doing to avoid commission asking clients to cancel, and she speaking Russian exploits the whole situation,. Be careful before choosing this place as nothing is good here except the location.

+ Maybe Location

− In one word: awful! The room smelled very, very bad. With the closets and hangers occupied and long-term travelers occupying the common property of the room. The room has no ventilation and my breathing in that room took years off my life!!! I didn't see anything clean there! The smell in the bathroom was so bad that I had to hold my breath for a few minutes while I was in the bathroom! The detergents used were worse than the smell of the bathroom itself. The RUDEST woman I met during my entire 10-day trip to Russia was the receptionist at this accommodation!

+ Wifi is good.

− Someone steal my shampoo on the toilet, that is why I don't like this hostel.

+ I spent two days here. The location is good, the hostel facility is ok, the toilets are clean, the internet facility is fine, drinking water is provided, and the staff are ok.

− Rooms need to be cleaned daily.

+ 1. reception was veery kind and nice. 2. cheap but good.

− 1. little bit mess 2. wifi is slow

− It states the reception is 24hs, the door is open 24hs, but the receptionist is never there!! I went at 6 and no one was there, I went back at 10. Finally I went at 14, and had to wait about an hour to get the receptionist. About the hostel, most of the people are living there. So rooms are just filled with personal stuff everywhere.

+ convenient to many places, train, etc... cheap staff was understanding

− the guests. they are long term with mental health issues and dirty!!

+ The staff was cooperative. The location was good. Common area was good too.

− There was smell in the first room I was given. Then the staff changed my room and it was better. Bathrooms should be improved.
