− The manager is rude, even though she had the reservation number she prevented leaving the bags because the reservation was under another name even when I added the other person to the guest list. At the time of check-in, she was rude and made us wait a long time and served someone else first. The bathrooms were always dirty. Hotel ventilation was poor. I've been to this hotel chain before at another address. That's why I chose this hotel this time but I don't recommend going to this hotel specifically. I lost my train and I had to buy another ticket train because the administrator had not printed the registration even though I asked her the day before if she could print it for the next day.
