− Horrible experience (English): The overall stay was horrible, starting with: 1. very bad check-in experience as we waited for long in the airport for the property owner to provide instructions for check-in. 2. They asked for 4000 rubles for deposit although the listing says 2000. 3. As a host, it is just polite to use translation app for communicating in your guest’s language, instead, they made me use translation app all the time to be able to talk to them. 4. The place had exactly one and a half paper roll for toilet, and no other type of tissues at all. Also, the sheets and towels were already washed from before and occupying the laundry hanger. 5. The amenities were at the very bare minimum, like for example: one wine glass! 6. The time of the check-out the owner tried to open the door without knocking despite the fact I informed her exactly 10 minutes prior that I was still at the property. 7. I informed them long before checking in that I will be traveling back home by the time I check-out and asked them to confirm that they will return the deposit money at the time of check-out but they kept avoiding my question which ended up with me having a fight with them over the deposit on my last day as they didn’t want to come and inspect on the mentioned date, however, they had to do it eventually because someone else booked the place! Why would anyone put themselves in that position!
