Makarova 6B/1 Flat

− Not central but easy access In the reception nobody knew about our reservation, we had to wait until someone answered. In the room, the bed was broken from one side, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable being stubbed by the elastics, the towels were drying and the floor totally wet. The internet works awful. We got electricity shocked in the bathroom. the place was dirty, the kitchen and cutlery wasn't correctly washed finding rest of food and coffee on them. You can hear the other rooms like they were in yours. The AC/heater wasn't working The place wasn't clean and cutlery had rest of food on them The address wasn't accurate. Nobody knew about our reservation, someone else has to call to notify that we were there waiting.
