+ Air conditioning and Location, which was in front of "Ulitsa 1905 Goda" Metro station.
− The building was below my expectations. In the presentation there were no pictures about the building, just from the apartment. There was also no black-out curtains in the bedroom which was quite clear at 3am in the morning in the summer.
