+ A lovely and cozy hotel with quiet rooms and a fantastic location just steps from Arbat Street. The receptionist was very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Great value for money & definitely recommending it!

+ They upgraded us for free and were very welcoming at first, but then we realized they didnt have as many services as they said they had. The room space was good. The location was close to arbat street and many stores

− The room was very cold. The breakafast buffet is very expensive. They werent very child friendly, no baby crib, no baby bathtub and everything we requested came with a price. When we asked about helping us book for activities they only gave us the numbers but we do no speak in russian so we couldnt book for ourselves. When we first checked in the room their was no drinking water and many complimentary items wasnt there. The airconditioner ventilation had dust coming out from it.

+ Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience staying at the Mercure Hotel in Moscow. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the metro station, making it super easy to get around. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The area around the hotel was safe, clean, and very convenient with everything within walking distance. As for the rooms, they were beautifully maintained clean, comfortable, and modern. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Moscow. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

+ The location is good it's near Arbat and even to the metro station, the room was okay. The toilet was spacious.

− I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. I had paid for a privileged room, which was more expensive than a standard room, but I ended up with a standard room instead. The reason I chose the privilege room was because of its larger space. I wasn't concerned about the coffee machine, as some explained. My friend and I visited the hotel the day before our stay to double-check the room we had booked. They showed us the room we had reserved online. However, when we arrived the next day, they apologized and informed us that the room was not available. As a result, I can’t trust this hotel for future visits. They suggested I get my money back from the agency because the reservation and payment were not through the hotel website after we were given a standard room instead.

− Stuff are not helpful.. we request for baggage storage but they did not allow us with no excuse .. they are claiming that the baggage storage is not prepared on Saturday but other days they can keep baggage.. we request at the beginning for an exchange of 5000 for the taxi. The receptionists have the exchange but they could not give us

+ Vibrant location in the Smolensky neighborhood, shops, restaurants and tourist monuments like the apartment-museum of Scriabin, Pushkin and Beliy Comfortable bed, good bathrooms with everything needed, pleasant room altogether Everything was clean and in order Room service quick and efficient

+ Clean and cozy room with nice decoration. Staff are friendly and lovely. Location is very near to metro “Smolenskaya” Dark blue line (No.3) and it is very near to Arbat street too. Room price is decent and it is highly recommended 🤗🎉 Bed is nice. Restroom is clean, but we don’t get all toiletry kit like shower cap and toothbrushes 🤔 Staff are helpful and speak good English.

+ Nice room, large and confortable. You are in Old Arbat street so in 3 minutes walking you can find a lot of restaurants, cafè, canteens... underground is just 2 minutes from the hotel. The hotel offers a very good taxi service from the airport.
