− SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! !) Lack of Communication Prior to Arrival Despite booking in advance, we received no check-in details for 2.5 days. It was only after we made multiple calls that the owner finally responded 2) Arrival Day Issues. On the day of arrival, our calls were unanswered. Upon arrival at the property, we were unable to access the parking area for nearly 30 minutes due to a lack of prior authorization. flat was not ready at the time promised. Though the check-in time was between 14:30 and 15:00 (as stated in the contract), we returned at 15:40. Waited another 1 hour and 40 for the rule cleaner to half clean the place. 3) Unclean and Poorly Maintained Conditions The flat was clearly not cleaned properly. Trash from the previous guests remained in the shower, and both of the toilets and showers were visibly dirty. One of the bathrooms had non-functioning lights. After calling for assistance, we waited another 1 hour for someone to come and fix the issue—but even after that, the apartment remained in an unsatisfactory condition. Still the next day we were not able to use the bathroom. Own not answer his calls chose to not speak to his guess. The place has a bad burning smell in one of the room, we tried to get answer but again no respond. We call to ostrovok.ru and reported the issues and they too couldn't reach the owner until evening . This Agent is the worse Agent I had dealt with. They rent a dirty place and offer you to take another place of theirs for more money. Instead of SORRY LET ME FIX THE ISSUES !!! DO NOT RENT HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. This experience was unacceptable. I do not recommend this property or this agent to anyone!! Photos included!!
