− 1. Zero soundproofing, I could hear my neighbours fighting or making love. It was loud enough to clearly hear most words and every moan. Despite my complaints about the noise no action was taken 2. The door doesn’t show whether it’s closed when you close it from the inside. One day I woke up and the door was open 3. Penny pitching - they charged me for a lost key card 500 rub or about 6 eur. The cost of the card is at most 1 eur 4. The bathroom door was misaligned with the frame and didn’t close 5. The sink in the bathroom was clogged
