+ Within walking distance to Krasnoselskaya and Bauman Metro station; very convenient to have several supermarkets/coffee shop/restaurant/pharmacy nearby; automatic management for check-in and out; modern design; quiet.
− 1. VERY VERY difficult to communicate with apartment via WhatsApp, especially regarding deposit payment issue. We are tourists and did not have local bank card and also could not pay deposit via VISA card. The management team did not accept cash, no one could come with POS machine for payment, but just being SO stubborn and inflexible to keep asking us to pay before check-in, without considering any possible solutions we provide. This cost us more than half a day to solve! In the end of the day, we finally found a person online and paid additional service fee to let the person pay for us. Apartment needs to think more about guests but not just obey the rules they made! This made foreign guests feel not being welcomed at all! 2. room is dim and eyes not feel comfortable 3. there's no smoke exhauster in the room 4. tableware too small
