+ I stayed in this hotel with my family for 1 week. I liked it too much. The stuffs are very good, helpful and they were always aware of our need. Their behavior is too polite. Whenever we asked them for anything, then and there, they provided us. The hotel location is also very good which is actually on the bank of the Volga river. We had balcony which seemed that is on the Volga river. So that is awesome which we cannot express by writing. We stayed with our 3 years old kid, for him also they tried to make him happy. The foods are excellent and more than enough. They have options to take the breakfast either in room or in the restaurant. We opted in room and they provided on time. Their food taste is also good, with fresh juice or yogurt. We had tea and coffee plenty of time and enjoyed it in the balcony on the Volga river. They have option for boating on Volga river. The room is clean. And even, whenever we needed to change the linen they did. I'd suggest if you want to take the taste of the nature you must visit this hotel. So, in future, if we want to visit Kazan again, we'll stay in this hotel again. Thank you.
