+ The Wi-Fi and cleanliness were so good! Also, the owner is very kind and if there is anything you don't know, let's help him well. Ah, The owner speaks English !

+ It is my 2nd time in this place and I have to admit that it is one of my fav in this city. The localisation is just perfect . a walking distance from the red square and also from differents metro stations also 4min walk from tramway or even a Lenta. Moreover the staff is super nice as I reached at 11:00 , they let me leave all my bags there. I highly recommend this place

− the staff behavior was worst. I reached 2 hours before my check in time because my flight reached early and I request the lady that was available at the reception can I sit here in the hotel and i was so tiered so just for 2 hours she charge me 1300 ruble to stay there and just for a night because we were doing party in our room my friend was there with us so for that night she charged me 500 ruble just for this or If I were refused to pay then she told me that she will call police. worst experience with you guys for that conjusted and small rooms. I do not recommended to book this hotel to anyone
