− The room was mouldy and they wouldn’t let me move - room and wouldn’t refund- incredible rude staff. Lifts are slow and with the hotel it takes 20 minutes to wait sometimes

+ Fantastic place, amazing staff, and super affordable price

+ Absolutely amazing hotel with truly exceptional staff! Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for so friendly, attentive, and professional. The location is simply perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We absolutely love this place. It’s not our first time here, and it certainly won’t be the last. Feels like a home away from home! Highly recommended.

− Some staff was rude. This place is made for a younger crowd. All show no substance. Had to listen to a kid screaming 8 doors down. In my trip to Russia I've stayed in 6 hotels. This was by far the worst and oddly on the high end of prices

− The bed mattress wasn't comfortable.

+ The hotel was great! Everything was quite good overall. The location is perfect—right on Arbat Avenue and close to everything. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean with a nice view. Definitely worth the money.

− There were some occasional internet issues, but it wasn’t a big problem for us. The staff were mostly young and not very friendly or smiling, but it didn’t affect our overall stay too much.

+ The location of the hotel is super easy and amazingly close to the Metro stations. Walking distance to everywhere. I would definitely come back to this place again. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel rooms are super nice and cozy, clean with a amazing view 10 points for the cleaning Hotel services are very very well. I appreciate everybody support. They were very very helpful in everything.

− The hotel does not care to clean the rooms, I stayed 3 nights the room was only cleaned one time after calling the room service.

+ The location is directly exsposed to ARBAT street, Moscow and you can reach any Destination inside Moscow from spot, Many landmarks are close to or nearby. Many many coffee shows, restaurant, süpermarket etc.. are nearby. Very recommend

− Despite not to many lifts Only 2 available, the lefts tak to much time to reach no mater if it rush hour or not , it could be reprogramed some how.

+ The hotel was clean and very comfortable, the staff were helpful and smiley. The location very good and save all the time.

+ Everything was fine starting from location to lobby area and reception staff.

− The only issue is the pickup and drop of we have to wait on the Main Street because of the payable parking in front of the hotel

+ It’s located in new Arbat Street with a lot of restaurants cafes a bank and supermarket. Facing the hotel there is a cinema and another one is by a walking distance

− No drop off or take off area because the parking is paid so we have to go to the Main Street. Even though its a 4 star hotel the toilet had only soap, shampoo and conditioner no other hygiene no other kits unless you asked for specific thing. I would suggest providing a bidet sprayer

+ the hotel is one of our best hotels experiences, every thing is clean, nice and organised. Reception team is the best, especially the lady with glasses. Will definitely book there again

− If you need to iron your clothes better don’t stay in Pentahotel, they will bring iron next day because they said they don’t have enough, and be sure to close your room good maybe you will need to put your bed behind the door because if you are in shower you will go out and find other one inside your room because he need to take the iron 😃 and next day you will find other one he wants to change the lamps , It was really funny specially i went all my meetings with not iron clothes 😃 Thank you Pentahotel
