+ Very good location, about five minutes on foot from Metro Proletarskaya. Very comfortable room, spacious enough for one person and extremely quiet, everything was new. The hotel and the room were very clean. Everything was perfect, very polite staff. extremely good value for the price

+ Is opposite the very famous church. 12-15 min distance from metropolitan.
− The room was to small. Not super convenient bathroom (the water is on the floor after you take a shower). In general ok. Small and decent hotel.
+ everything was fine in the hotel and i really liked the mirror there, people was very nice but the bed was too soft like a sofa , so i wish it's not too soft that my body goes down. they were all very nice, they borrowed me charger. they did serve nice breakfast, they bring my clothes to my room after the laundry
