− Most unpleasant stay ever in Moscow. This place calls themselves as hotel but In reality nothing even close to it!!!!! Bathroom smells bad, no elevator, electrical power shuts down, Wi-Fi is the worst!!!! Another note is super poor management!!! We have lost a lot of money with this place. With certain situation we have left this place with 1 week prior notice and request refund, but of course. We couldn’t get any refund! And app Ostrovok has very bad support they don’t even replay for issues that has been raised. This place don’t provide any meals Bathroom has bad smell, no extra blanket even we request additional. We had to buy blanket Mattress was full of hair, bathroom stinks No elevator and no proper Wi-Fi
