+ 1. The owner as well as the room manager are really nice persons. They are very helpful, respectful, polite, and trustworthy. The room manager waited for me for the check-in until 11 p.m. 2. The apartment is quite spacious with 4 rooms (bedroom, kitchen, guestroom with sofa, and a small common entrance) plus bathroom. 3. A quite place.
− 1. Location seems to be a bit isolated but it's ok. Just a few kilometers to the city centre (1 or 2). There is everything - tram, bank, stores, etc. 2. Old building (but it's not an issue). Everything works well - lift, doors, etc. 3. There is no table for reading or using laptop. 4. The room manager doesn't speak English but it's ok, this is Russia. She is very cool.
