− This hotel is not yet ready to serve foreign customers. We booked a hotel and came outside, but couldn't enter. The gatekeeper wouldn't let us in. We called, but no one in the hotel could speak English or any other language. We sought help from passersby outside the apartment in the cold wind and heavy snow, asking them to help us communicate on the phone, but it was of no use. Because we need to send our passport photos through WhatsApp to obtain the room number and password (which was not specified in the hotel reservation, only a phone call was required, but no one could speak a foreign language after the call was made). But we couldn't send it, and they didn't find a way to help us solve it. Finally, I turned to my Russian friend from another city to help me issue passport photos and pay a credit card deposit before being able to move in. For foreigners, this is very difficult and almost inexplicable.
