Guest Reviews
+ the receptionist was very helpful. i messaged him that i will arrive very late at night and he gave me clear instructions on how to check-in. The room was very spacious and clean. The place was close to the metro.
− The room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. It would be inconvenient for people with heavy baggage.
− I had a horrible experience in this place. After a long day, I came back to my room late at night to find it locked. I was locked out from my room. I tried to open for long time, and fortunately I thought about knocking at the reception door (that was closed). The receptionist told me they locked the door because the thought I didn't pay for that night, and that I had to prove that I paid (which is unacceptable). So, at 3am I was first locked out of my room (with all my belongings inside), I was accused for not paying and asked to show a proof thatI paid. In all this, the receptionist was extremely unpolite. After I showed him my receipt, I still didn't receive an apology.
