+ When checkin, the lady at reception was good. She got us checked in pretty fast and early.
− During checkout, different lady at reception. Very very rude. Almost banged into our room asking to vacate while we were just pulling our bags out at 12:03. Then, while taking the water from kitchen, she started shouting, I did not bother. Finally, we asked her to keep luggage till 5 pm, she started asking 500 rubles. We’ve stayed in multiple hotels in Russia, this was the worst one. Also, hotel is hard to find, no prominent board. The bathroom door does not lock, no fan or ac in room, imagine at 30 degrees summer, you are left to boil.
