+ Guests of the hotel were helpful.
− Very rude people who do not know how to deal with foreign documents. We had two massive issues with two different guests. So place to avoid if you are coming with a visa as they will not mind to let you in the street even if it is fully paid. Ostrovok website was great, this hostel atrocious in terms of of service.

+ Room size is quite good. Bed is also confirmatble for 2 persons. Everything is nit and clean Staff and admin was so nice
