+ Accessibility is THE strongest point. In the room I was hosted, all the facilities were prepared to receive persons with mobility issues. The location: the hotel is very close to the train/subway station. The problem is the neighborhood. At night security could be a problem. It is not safe to take a walk. Problems: seems to be a new hotel...there are some mistakes that happen in this case. At the entrance, the room was very clean. Problem: the room was not fully prepared. There were no towels in the room.
− -There was no water available on the room or even on the fridge on reception. -There was no towel on the room. -There was no toilet amenities (shampoo, soap, rinse cream, ...) -The room was not cleaned / prepared for the second day.
