+ The location is super as my office located in the same building The reception desk were very helpful Specially Muhammed from the bill captain big thanks to him for all what he did he is very polite and professional As well as the Egyptian waiter in the restaurant shame that I don’t know his name, I would like to thank him for his hospitality Ah, one more thing the African security guy night shift he is funny as hell ))

+ Position of the hotel is not far to the metro Price performance is ok The breakfast room looks nice It’s always clean in the hotel and room
− All Hand sanitizer from checkin until checkout are always empty. Outside in front of the entrance it’s not clean and inviting The air conditioning in the room is not working correct. You set a temperature and the conditioner ignore it and always cools down until 22C. Room 2823 The pool is at the 4 floor and at day time there is no sun Stuffy air in the elevator
− Tons of dust in the room (I changed the room and the second one was in similar condition). But at the first place there is disgusting dampness in rooms, about 100%. Ventilation doesn’t work properly.
