+ Spacious, clean and bright room. The facility is equipped and clean. Good value.
− There’s nothing around the hotel. You have to walk at least 10’ to find restaurants and shops. Bus stop is also 10’ walk through a dark pathway. The walking street leads to the hotel is quite dark at night so I wouldn’t wanna go back late. The receptionist who checked me in on October 12 in the evening was nice and friendly but the one on the 13th and 14th wasn’t. Her name starts with “T” (it’s written in Russian so I can’t read). She needs to fix her attitude. She gave me a difficult time when I saw her on the 13th and always looked unpleasant. On my check out date, she knocked on my door to remind me to leave before the check out time. While I really like this hotel and I don’t mind the location, I’d consider another place if I go back to Omsk.
