+ Room was stunning and the view amazing. Beds very comfy and the rooms serviced every day. Hotel was spotless and staff always hard at work cleaning all the time. The hotel had beautiful scents all around the hotel. Staff and hotel management were excellent

− This is not a real 5 star hotel. Maybe the employees are not paid well enough or something is happening but some of them are real rude and start arguing with you. I do agree that some of them are very nice and friendly - the concierge and baggage guys! The receptionists are rude and not polite

− Food was completely a waste of money, salad was the only decent food served. Hotel didnt feel like a resort, very small, no sun beds. Hotel is on the cheaper side so i guess you get what you have paid for. Rooms dont have good views unless u pay extra for premuim room.
