<em>W Dubai - The Palm Hotel</em> is located in the Palm Jumeirah area of Dubai, 14 km from Burj Al Arab Skyscraper. Dubai International Airport is 38 km away, Jumeirah Beach is 12 km and Dubai Marina Mall is 12.3 km from the hotel. A continental or buffet breakfast is served each morning at an additional cost. The hotel's restaurant serves a variety of Italian and Latin American dishes. Italian cuisine is served in the Torno Subito restaurant, and in another Akira Back restaurant - dishes are prepared by famous chefs. Either guests can relax in one of the 2 bars / lounges or 2 poolside bars. Those who do not want to leave their room are offered 24-hour room service. The hotel offers 6 meeting rooms for meetings and events. Guests can pamper themselves at the spa with massages and facials. The hotel also offers various sports and leisure opportunities, such as 2 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a 24-hour fitness center. And on the private white sand beach there is a playground for water sports or just for swimming in the summer. The hotel has 350 rooms and suites with panoramic views and the necessary amenities. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a fridge, a coffee machine, a bathtub, free toiletries and a wardrobe. Private bathroom comes with a shower. All rooms have a seating area.

+ Warm welcome at entrance, staff service is very good. Smart uniform! They keep on eye on each table, used plates cleared on time and anticipated the needs of us! Great keep it up👍 The room allocation was very good. Thank you to Javid had a nice arrangement. Nice birthday cake ballon arrangement for my son, he enjoyed very well! Only suggestion is the color of room is too dark The service staff during the stay is good, room was well cleaned once we back. He provided more bottles of water
− The only thing is the DJ at night from pool until 0:30 which very loud and heavy vibration made us can’t sleep
+ Location itself is a landmark. Doesn’t need any map to reach there
− Hotel charged security deposit of AED 500 per room which I haven’t received it yet. Hotel staff told that it would be returned in 3 working days however after 10 working days I’m still awaiting my refund.

− The sockets from both sides of the bed did not work at all, we called them to fix but they just gave us a not-working-plug after an hr, then we called again before we went out and we came back, we saw another plug left on desk which wasn’t working as well, basically we called everyday to ask for the sockets fix but they never came to fix at all so we gave up calling !! We went to Japanese restaurant to have dinner and I asked if they have a glass of plum wine, they said no, so I said then just give me a soft drink, a glass of coke is fine but the waitress wearing suits with blond long hair insisted to give me another jap wine then I said ok. But when the bill came, the jap wine was AED450 it’s totally racketeering!!
+ Excellent hotel, at the end of the palm, not far from Atlantis (we walked!) Would definitely return Amazing buffet, highly recommended Clean and comfortable. Amazing views Lovely and clean. Excellent staff, all polite and super helpful
− Could do with a small pool and slide for children, but that's not the main clientele for the hotel
+ On the palm . Very quiet. Very nice layout Close to the Atlantis park Amazing breakfast. All the food ( buffet and beach is truly nice ) And for some amazing experience try the akira back ! We had the marvelous suit that I highly recommend !
− Sometimes had to wake up early to secure some transats at the swimming pool ( but it was the festive season. ) The price is easing strongly every year . Not sure we can afford it next year !
+ The breakfast was good. Location is nice.
− The hotel is purely maintained. Rooms are not cleaned up and the pool area as well. Asked a few times to clean my room. They did not cleaned it until 20:30. Lucky there was a problem with the ac so we changed room otherwise I don’t know if it would have been cleaned. The beach area is a mess.
+ Breakfast is amazing . The akira back (Asian restaurant) is truly exceptional . Worth a 1 star Michelin ! Was not so impressed by the Italian but still ok. In general the quality of the food ( even the room service was very good). We stayed in the marvelous suite. It spacious . Very well sound proof . The bed is incredible. We loved it. Every area of the hotel is spotless. Five star to the cleaning team! Very nice. Sometime a tiny bit slow but in general, very good The spa is also an experience thanks to Myamran and his magic hands !

+ Everything was perfect - food, ambience, safety, adult pool, the Japanese restaurant, staff and service. They did everything in their power to make our stay a dream. And this was on a very busy crowded weekend!

+ Everything was excellent and exceeded our high expectations. Staff were amazing, food options at the hotel some of the best in Dubai.

+ Good gym, nice pool area, new hotel. Good access to taxis and a range of nice restaurants (asian and italian).
− The hotel is very new and the levels of service need work. We had three people in a room and the 3rd bed was not put up until the second night, we had to repeatedly ask for three sets of towels, rather than two, etc. and constantly had to ask for more water (often which fell on deaf ears). Poolside service and bar service was also slow. The rooftop bar also had dreadful service. The restaurants were slightly better but I feel like they are really missing a trick. Cleanliness in the rooms was also not up to scratch. They were very dusty, with only obvious things (like making beds) being focused on. Food at Liv (main buffet restaurant) was not up to scratch with the other restaurants (far too greasy) and should be addressed.
